MY BOLOGNA HAS A FIRST NAME! ITS P-R-E-T-T-Y!
Buon Appetito! There is no English equivalent to this, unfortunately, but it is the only way I can think to describe the food here. IT. IS. AMAZING. Bolognese sauce laughs at other pasta sauces. Bologna is just a happy city where I can't help but sing. Next, I'm going to Parma and Montepulciano...who knew so many Italian cities are given food named after them?
